Job descriptionConduct market, competitor, and industry research. Analyze business performance data; identify trends, gaps, and insights. Build financial models, forecasting templates, and KPI dashboards. Support strategy formulation with structured problem solving. Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports. Document processes, SOPs, workflows, and project notes. Summarize meetings professionally and maintain organized repositories. Manage follow-ups with client stakeholders. Maintain calendars, reviews, milestones, and project governance. Create templates, trackers, and systems that improve operational efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability High proficiency in Excel (pivot, lookup, modelling) Strong PowerPoint and documentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Structured thinker with strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task across multiple clients MBA preferred; strong quantitative comfort Experience in consulting, PMO, strategy, operations, or research roles Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working independently High work ethic and ability to work under deadlines Direct exposure to business transformation, operations, strategy Work closely with a senior consultant across sectors Fast learning curve—ideal for someone aiming to grow into a consultant role Extremely high-impact, high-visibility role
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, structured, analytically strong Consulting Associate who will work closely with the Principal Consultant across multiple client engagements. This role is designed for someone who wants to gain high exposure across business strategy, operations, and transformation projects. You will act as the execution backbone—helping with research, analytics, follow-ups, documentation, and ensuring smooth progress across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Coordination
- Shadow the consultant during client discussions, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and review documents.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review material.
- Drive alignment with client teams for data, inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
