Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Windows-based infrastructure to design, implement, and support DevOps solutions across our cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps pipelines , Windows Server administration , PowerShell scripting , and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM or Bicep.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) .
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Servers and Active Directory infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform).
- Implement and manage Azure cloud services : VMs, App Services, AKS, Key Vault, Storage, etc.
- Build and deploy applications using ADO pipelines with integrated testing and security checks.
- Monitor systems and applications using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or SCOM .
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with software engineering and operations teams to improve reliability, performance, and scalability of applications and systems.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance within the DevOps and cloud ecosystem.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices for Windows + Azure DevOps solutions.
Required Skills & Experience :
7–10 years of experience in Windows system administration and DevOps .3–5 years of strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) – Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards.Deep expertise in Windows Server , IIS , Active Directory , and Group Policy .Strong scripting experience in PowerShell (mandatory); experience with YAML and CLI tools is a plus.Solid experience with Azure services : Virtual Machines, VNets, App Services, Key Vaults, Load Balancers, etc.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).Familiarity with Azure Policy , RBAC , and IAM for managing secure environments.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS / Kubernetes) is a plus.Experience implementing monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor , Log Analytics , or third-party tools.
