Job descriptionIdentify and pitch to potential franchise investors and retail partners Present Eko's dark store franchise ROI model Build B2B partnerships with sustainable and organic brands Execute on-ground marketing to boost app installs and orders Represent Eko at startup, investor, and sustainability events Work directly with the Founder to achieve monthly growth targets 1-3 years experience in : Franchise Sales Business Development Startup Growth Preferably from FMCG, retail, delivery, or Q-commerce (Zepto / Instamart / Blinkit / BigBasket / Urban Company type setups) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Field-active, target-driven, and operates like an owner Interest in sustainability is a plus Build the growth engine of a new category brand Direct work with founders, high decision-making ownership Performance-linked incentives — your upside grows with scale

Role Objective
You will lead Eko's growth and investment pipeline by :
- Onboarding franchise partners and dark store investors
- Growing customer adoption in new localities
- Building partnerships with eco-friendly brands and communities
