What You Will Do
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of service contracts (AMCs operational contracts) for Building Management Systems (BMS) Fire Detection & Suppression and Electronic Security Systems.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with end-users facility managers consultants and developers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer retention.Customer Engagement & Account Management
Conduct site surveys and prepare customized service proposals and BOQs.Present technical and commercial offerings to clients highlighting value propositions and differentiators.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery and issue resolution.Operational Excellence
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure timely execution of contracts.Monitor contract performance renewal cycles and profitability metrics.Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational standards.Strategic Planning & Reporting
Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to regional growth plans.Maintain accurate sales forecasts pipeline reports and customer databases.Provide market intelligence and feedback to product and strategy teams.How You Will Do It

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics); MBA preferred10 years of experience in service / project sales in IBMS Fire & Security domainsStrong understanding of BMS Fire Detection and Security systemsExcellent communication presentation and interpersonal skillsProven track record in winning service contracts and managing client relationshipsRequired Experience :
