Job Title : Java Full Stack Developer (ReactJS + Python)

Experience : 4–6 years

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java , ReactJS , and Python to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, integrating modern front-end interfaces with robust back-end services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java , ReactJS , and Python .
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Implement automated testing, CI / CD pipelines, and code reviews.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose technical improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science , Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
  • Good working knowledge of Python for scripting, integration, or microservices.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with database technologies — SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes) .
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .
  • Knowledge of modern CI / CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and authentication (OAuth, JWT).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
