We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales - Software to join our team and drive our enterprise software and SaaS sales efforts.

Job Description :

Position Overview : The Director of Sales -Software will be responsible for leading and managing the software sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets for QpiAI's enterprise software and SaaS products. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, deep knowledge of AI, and preferably experience with quantum solutions. This role reports into the VP -Sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manager the software sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications :

MBA with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software and SaaS sales.

Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of AI and preferably quantum solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
