Key Role : Cloud Data Architect

We seek a seasoned data architect to spearhead cloud-based data platform development and improvement. Ideal candidates will have a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures leveraging Snowflake and Matillion.

Responsibilities :

• Design end-to-end data architecture utilizing Snowflake and Matillion for seamless data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Maintain data modeling standards, flows, and best practices, ensuring dimensional, normalized, star / snowflake schema alignment.
• Evaluate and adopt modern tools in the data stack to ensure scalability and business goal alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create robust pipelines, and optimize data integration from various sources.
• Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Optimize Snowflake performance via clustering, caching, query tuning, and cost management.
• Establish data quality and metadata management practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Matillion orchestration, reusable job frameworks, and performance optimization.
