Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly capable, independent, and strategic professional to drive key projects across product, marketing, operations, finance, HR, and sales. As the right hand to the Executive Director , you’ll own execution, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless implementation so the ED can focus on strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Ownership & Execution
- Lead major initiatives new launches, marketing, operations, or process improvements from start to finish.
- Coordinate with creatives, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Identify bottlenecks, maintain timelines, and minimize ED’s involvement in execution.
2. Cross-Functional Operations
Act as the bridge between departments to ensure alignment and clarity.Build efficient systems to reduce operational dependency on the ED.Identify and fix process gaps to improve efficiency.3. Founder Support & Leadership
Prepare for and follow through on key meetings and action items.Represent the ED in discussions and vendor negotiations when required.Manage key partnerships, external coordination, and execution accountability.4. Market Research & Growth
Track trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.Support product launches, packaging innovation, and new market initiatives.5. Performance & Accountability
Set and monitor KPIs across teams.Ensure timely execution and resolve roadblocks proactively.Requirements
Experience & Skills
Strong execution and problem-solving skills with business acumen.Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or high-growth environments.Excellent organization, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects independently.Mindset & Fit
