Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Virani Industries LLP, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer service interactions, overseeing sales training activities, and driving sales management initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training and support to the sales team.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management

Experience in developing and conducting Sales Training programs

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in team settings

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Previous experience in the industrial sector is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
