Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Patent Associate. The Patent Associate will be responsible for preparing patent applications, assessing patentability, navigating patent law, and securing intellectual property rights for clients. Daily tasks include drafting, reviewing, and managing patent documents, providing legal advice on intellectual property, and liaising with clients to ensure their IP is fully protected.

Qualifications

• Skills in Patent Drafting
• Knowledge of Patentability and Patent Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field such as law, engineering, or science
• 2+ years of Experience in the IP field is a plus
