Role Overview
As a Video Content Producer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing video content across social media, performance ads, campaigns, and product communication.
The role requires both creative thinking and strong project management, from coordinating with external agencies to editing videos in-house, and staying updated on the latest content trends.
Key Responsibilities 1. Video Ideation & Content Development
- Ideate video concepts for YouTube, social media, ads, influencer integrations, and campaigns.
- Assist in script development, shot lists, and storyboards.
- Ensure content fits Amrutam’s brand tone, communication goals, and Ayurvedic philosophy.
2. Coordination With Agencies, Talent & Creators
Coordinate with external ad agencies , creators, editors, and production teams.Handle actor / model shortlisting , auditions, and final approvals.Share briefs, scripts, and references with partners and ensure timely deliveries.3. Reviewing & Delivering Final Outputs
Review videos delivered by agencies or freelancers (raw footage, edits, final exports).Provide structured feedback and ensure revisions meet creative and performance needs.Work closely with the ads team to deliver optimized videos for Meta / Google campaigns.4. Video Editing & In-House Production Support
Edit short-form and long-form videos when needed (Reels, YT Shorts, testimonials, tutorials).Use basic to intermediate editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).Maintain a content library, brand elements, and video assets.5. YouTube Channel Management & Growth
Upload and schedule YouTube videos with engaging titles, thumbnails, tags, and descriptions.Manage playlists, video metadata, and overall channel organization.Track and share insights on performance, retention, CTR, traffic sources, and watch time.Suggest content formats, posting strategies, and ideas to grow Amrutam’s YouTube channel consistently.What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in video content creation, production coordination, or video editing.Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video culture.Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci).Ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and timelines.Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
