Position Summary

The Senior AI Project Manager / Program Liaison will serve as the key bridge between UST teams and leadership for all AI program activities. This is not a traditional delivery-only project manager role; instead, it emphasizes strategic coordination, leadership support, real-time responsiveness, and executive communication. The role ensures smooth information flow, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined oversight of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between UST and leadership for all AI program updates.
• Provide real-time support during EST business hours, ensuring immediate responsiveness to leadership needs.
• Coordinate communication and information flow across technical teams, PMO, and stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.
• Prepare high-quality, executive-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Support definition, prioritization, and refinement of AI use cases.
• Ensure adherence to program governance and maintain consistent documentation standards.
