Position : Full Stack Developer

Location : Navi Mumbai (Onsite - candidates must be willing to work from the Navi Mumbai region)

Engagement Type : Contract

Experience Level : Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP & Symfony

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Symfony PHP framework, React.js, Kubernetes, and Doctrine to develop and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. You will be working on core product modules, integrations, and new feature development while ensuring high code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Symfony PHP framework.
Build and maintain dynamic, responsive, and high-performing frontend applications using React.js.
Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in a Kubernetes environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for both backend and frontend components.
Implement secure coding practices and ensure application security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with Symfony PHP framework (v4 / v5 or later).

Minimum 3 years' experience in PHP and Symfony

Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, State management, Component lifecycle).

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring).

Expertise in Doctrine ORM.

Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Proficient with Git and CI / CD pipelines.

Strong knowledge of database systems (MySQL / PostgreSQL).

Understanding of containerization tools (Docker).

Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with onsite teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with automated testing tools (PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress).

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Team player with a proactive mindset.
