Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Motion Graphic Artist to lead the creation of cutting-edge motion graphics and high-quality video content for our luxury branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of visual storytelling technical expertise and leadership to drive digital-first content strategies for Fashion TV.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Leadership

Conceptualize and produce world-class motion graphics for digital campaigns branding films event content and promotional videos.

Lead the ideation process with innovative design approaches tailored to luxury and lifestyle audiences.

Mentor and guide junior editors and designers to uphold creative excellence.

Video Production & Editing

Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms including Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts LinkedIn and OTT content.

Apply advanced editing techniques color grading sound design VFX transitions and pacing to enhance storytelling.

Create branded assets such as logo animations title sequences intros / outros and digital templates.

Project & Brand Alignment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content design marketing) to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Ensure all motion and video outputs align with Fashion TV s luxury brand identity and creative guidelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Technical & On-Set Expertise

Use advanced tools such as Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve .

Provide creative direction and technical support during shoots (camera framing lighting visual aesthetics).

Organize and maintain project files raw footage and libraries for easy access.

Key Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Animation Design Film or related creative discipline.

Relevant Years of proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist / Video Editor preferably in luxury fashion or premium lifestyle branding .

Strong portfolio / showreel showcasing advanced motion graphics and high-end video content.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro After Effects Illustrator Photoshop) ; proficiency in Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.

Excellent understanding of storytelling composition typography and digital trends.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a creative team.

Ability to handle fast-paced projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
