Tele Caller Executive

Job Title : Telecaller Location : Remote Experience Required : Minimum 1 year About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of calling or customer interaction experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and supporting lead-generation activities while working remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.Explain company services / products clearly and address basic queries.Follow a structured calling script when required and maintain call quality.Track daily calls, update CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.Achieve weekly / monthly calling and conversion targets.Coordinate with the sales / business development team to route qualified leads.Maintain professionalism and a positive tone during customer interactions.Required SkillsMinimum 1 year of telecalling / telesales Strong communication skills in English.
