Key purpose of the role :
To ensure effective end-to-end management of farm operations by overseeing land preparation, procurement of agricultural inputs, seed purchase planning as per the plantation strategy, and daily monitoring of crop health. The role is critical in maintaining visibility on the production plan, addressing on-ground challenges proactively, and aligning farm activities to achieve targeted yield and quality outcomes
Please note : Agriculture graduate students are eligible to apply. This is a field-based role that involves working closely with labors. Candidates should be willing to get their hands dirty, as this hands-on experience will contribute significantly to their personal and professional growth.
