We’re Hiring! — Estimation & Tendering Engineer (Commercial Interiors)

Location : Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Experience Required : 3–8 Years

Industry : Commercial Interiors / Fit-Out / Government Projects

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Estimation & Tendering Engineer to join our team for commercial interior projects . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in market rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and hands-on experience in government tenders and bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects.
• Analyze market rates for materials, labor, and subcontract works.
• Perform rate analysis for line items and prepare item-wise costing.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, tender documents, and technical submissions .
• Handle tendering and bidding processes for government and PSU projects (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Evaluate tenders and assist in contract negotiations .
• Support project teams with cost control and budget monitoring.
