Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer & Auditor to strengthen our sales
team by delivering high-impact training and ensuring sales process quality and compliance. This
role will partner closely with Sales, QA, and Operations to uplift sales performance, monitor
process adherence, and coach teams on best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analyses to identify training needs across the sales team
- Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs (classroom, virtual, one-to-one
coaching) covering sales methodology, objection handling, upselling, cross-selling,
negotiation, etc.
Onboard new sales hires with a full training curriculum to reduce ramp timeAudit sales calls, emails, and customer interactions against quality criteria and processstandards
Generate audit reports with scoring, feedback, trends, and actionable insightsCollaborate with sales leadership to roll out new process changes or product updates intraining format
Monitor training effectiveness via metrics (before / after performance, scoreimprovements) and iterate curriculum
Maintain training content, playbooks, manuals, QA checklists, and training calendarCoach underperforming sales reps individually based on audit findingsLiaise with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to align training materialwith product changes, promotions, and market trends
Stay current on best practices in sales training, adult learning, and QA / auditingframeworks
Escalate systemic quality or performance issues and propose process improvementsRequirements / Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales training, quality / audit, or sales operations roles(or a hybrid of these)
Solid background in sales — hands-on experience in sales roles is strongly preferredStrong analytical skills, comfort working with data & metricsExcellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skillsExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales or QA toolsExperience in designing training material, e-learning modules, playbooksAbility to manage multiple training / audit tracks and deliver on deadlinesHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain objectivity in auditsCertification in training / learning or process improvement (preferred, not mandatory)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with sales teams
