Roles and Responsibility : -
- Work with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document O2C requirements (Order Management Pricing Shipping Invoicing etc.).
- Configure and implement Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) modules related to O2C ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Provide functional expertise in Quoting Order Management Pricing Order Promising and Shipping. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize O2C processes Lead or support testing cycles (Unit SIT UAT) and ensure successful defect resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers integration specialists) to design and validate RICEW objects (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions Workflows).
- Prepare functional design documents (MD50s) test scripts and training material. Support data migration reconciliation and validation activities.
- Provide post-implementation support troubleshooting and enhancements for Oracle O2C modules. Act as SME for O2C processes advising business teams on best practices and Oracle functionality. Span of control Individual Contributor Lead / Manager
