Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed roadway and highway designs using Autodesk Civil 3D , including alignments, profiles, corridors, cross-sections, and grading plans.
• Should have experience in Civil 3D, Open Roads, and Auto CAD .
• Lead the development of projects from inception to completion by defining scope, schedule and budget in alignment with client strategic goals.
• Provide ongoing engineering review and evaluation of designs by design consultants for compliance with criteria, standards and specifications on each project.
• Review and monitor design and construction document preparation from concept design through final completion, including review of change-management documents.
• Develop, maintain and report scope, schedule and budget status throughout the project, including review and recommendation of all project invoice.
• Create and maintain, or monitor, comprehensive project documentation.
• Attend and present at public hearings.
