Responsibilities : Interactions with central IT team, central business and local business users
Workday split = 25% design, 25% IT CRM project management and 50% technical configurations (SQL, GCP, Adobe Campaign...)
Gather needs, business analyse
Kick off & project management
Design the CRM and technical assets,
Write specifications and design documentation
Support & follow the development team in the build process
Ad hoc developments and configurations
Perform technical & integration test (UAT, end-to-end), write the testing cases
Manage the go live, monitoring
Onboard the roll out team
Datawarehouse SQL / json
GCP (Google Cloud Platform) using big query (Raw data & aggregate calculations and KPIs)
Adobe Campaign classic v8 & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (one-shot email branding, triggers automation, real-time emails…)
Profile :
From 5 years of experience in CRM context (architecture, data model design & specifications writing, integration flows)
Project management in an IT and Agile context, coordination of teams (developers, POs, etc.)
Experience on Marketing Automation tool Adobe Campaign classic v8 or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience on Google Cloud Platform & Bigquery
Experience Retail Industry knowledge with ecommerce and loyalty use cases
Project documentation, Confluence, ServiceNow
Full hands-on experience on CRM tools (Salesforce or Adobe)
Mastery of SQL to query and leverage the DWH, GCP & Adobe databases
Mastery of APIs, flat file transfer, Postman integrations
JavaScript experience
Know how to prioritize, organize, follow-up your project and meets the deadlines and deliverables
Anticipate potential impacts : omnichannel, GDPR…
Consulting posture and communication with both IT teams and Marketing business users
Friendly mindset to onboard the teams on your projects and meet deadlines
Fluent in English
