Job Title : HR Recruiter, Documentation work

Location : Noida, India

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : ₹20000 per month (in hand)

Benefits : Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) contributions fully paid by the company.

Work Schedule : 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 10 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM shift.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining accurate employee records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic HR environment with a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Manage job postings on portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and offer letter preparations.
  • Handle HR documentation, including employee contracts, leave records, and compliance filings.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment updates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, Indian labor laws (e.G., PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and documentation standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software / tools (e.G., ATS systems like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in Noida or similar urban settings is a plus.
