Job descriptionDevelop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Lead and mentor the quality team to ensure high performance. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management. Degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management. Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies. Certifications in quality management Strong knowledge of quality management systems. Expertise in ISO standards. Leadership and team management skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies. Candidates preferred from the CRGO Laminations - Electrical Steel Industry only.
