Role Overview :

We're looking for a Publisher Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing and scaling publisher relationships in the programmatic ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be confident in directly communicating with publishers, managing their onboarding and day-to-day needs, and ensuring smooth account performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned publisher accounts.
• Coordinate with publishers directly for onboarding, integration, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and keep a regular check on inventory quality, discrepancies, and revenue trends.
• Troubleshoot issues related to demand delivery, ad quality, or technical integration.
• Work closely with internal teams including Ad Ops and Demand to align publisher supply with buyer requirements.
• Ensure correct implementation of standards like VAST tags, oRTB, Prebid.js, ads.txt / app-ads.txt.
• Share performance reports, insights, and recommendations with internal stakeholders and publishing partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with publishers by providing proactive support and identifying upsell opportunities.
