HR Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Tenkasi. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates in HR who are looking to begin their careers in a practical and technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Zoho HR suite including Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll.

Requirements

MBA in Human Resources (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience)

Basic to intermediate working knowledge of :

• Zoho People
• Zoho Recruit
• Zoho Payroll

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment

Requirements

0-1 years in Zoho development, with a focus on Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, and other zoho applications. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer or Administrator) are advantageous. Knowledge of programming languages like React is a plus. Prior experience in Zoho implementations is an advantage. Zoho Applications : Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Flow. Scripting & Programming : Deluge scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL. Integration : Experience with Zoho APIs and integration with third-party applications
