Job descriptionApplication Support and Maintenance work based on Oracle SOA, OSB, Basic PLSQL etc Enhancement work along with Mini Projects works. Incident Resolution -General L1 / L2 troubleshooting. To respond immediately to any requests escalated. Preparation of SOP To perform against all key performance indicators including the Resolution and Response Time of SLA Matrix. Follow 24 7 business support model. Follow Shift roster and daily Shift HOTO perfectly. Strong knowledge on performance related issue Should be able to guide the team Good communication, presentation and reporting skills and ability to conduct and drive customer / vendor calls. Knowledge on Microsoft Technologies Knowledge and working experience of ITIL processes in BAU IT IS support.
