Data Business Analyst :

As a Data Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of data migration projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data, and ensure that the migration process aligns with business objectives. Your expertise in writing user stories in Jira will be essential in facilitating communication between technical teams and business Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data migration projects.
• Analyse existing data systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure data integrity during migration.
• Develop and write clear and concise user stories in Jira to communicate requirements to development teams.
• Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases to validate data migration outcomes.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that data migration solutions meet business needs and compliance standards. Contribute to the development of test plans and test cases to verify the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical feasibility, and compliance Skills & Qualifications :
• 5 - 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on data-related projects.
• Proven experience with data migration, data analysis, and business process mapping.
• Proficiency in using Jira for requirement tracking and writing user stories.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data quality, validation techniques, and compliance requirements.
