Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment Leadership : Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across various domains, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Specialized Staffing Models : Specialize in Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) placements , demonstrating strong expertise in these models.
- Client & Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively understanding their hiring needs and consistently delivering high-quality candidates. Coordinate with internal teams to align hiring strategies with overall business objectives.
- Sourcing & Engagement : Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Offer Negotiation & Closure : Skillfully negotiate offers and successfully close positions within defined timelines, ensuring a positive outcome for both candidates and the organization.
- Reporting & Metrics : Maintain comprehensive recruitment metrics and reports to accurately track efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
