Owns the end-to-end customer lifecycle for KhetPe's farmer ecosystem, ensuring successful onboarding, sustained engagement, and measurable impact from our AgTech solutions. Acts as the primary bridge between farmers, FPOs, and KhetPe's technology, driving product adoption through personalized support, effective training, and proactive relationship management. Ensures farmers realize maximum value from KhetPe's offerings, leading to strong retention, renewal, and 5-8 years in customer success, field engagement, or account management, ideally in AgTech, rural outreach, or farmer advisory services.
