Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle sales of aluminum truss systems, stage structures, and event-related fabrication solutions .
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base in event and exhibition sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team for target achievement.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and design teams for timely project execution.
- Manage price negotiations, quotations, and client proposals.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings for business development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain post-sales relationships for repeat business.
Requirements :
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the event infrastructure, truss, or fabrication industry .Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Willingness to travel across India as required.Qualification :
Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Marketing / Business Management (MBA preferred).Key Competencies :
