Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Defence Colony. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and planning of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client needs, aesthetic standards, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include creating architectural designs, building project plans, coordinating with engineers and consultants for integration of systems, and ensuring project management timelines and objectives are met. The role involves active collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver exemplary project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a focus on innovative, sustainable, and functional designs
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration to enhance design and project efficiency
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• A recognized degree in Architecture
• Experience with architectural design software and familiarity with MEP integration is desirable
