Roles & Responsibilities :
- Working in alignment with the leadership team of Last mile operations as well as with the ground
operations team and related stakeholders to understand the gaps and working independently and in collaboration with other teams to come up with cost effective solutions
Actively engages with the workmen community to know some of the best practices being used across different channels and in the market; and ensures the same is carried out and cascaded to the larger teamCreating and maintaining relationships with central and regional vendors / partners to ensure support w.r.t. Manpower is always provided across regionsIdentifying opportunities to collaborate with government, non-government agencies / organizations, andprivate entities that further the goal of building a stable last mile rider network at a central level
Works on capturing and maintaining data w.r.t. rider agents count and capacity accounted for dispatchConducting field visits to ensure effective acquisition and management of last mile partners as well as the larger teamPerson Specifications :
