Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations : -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production / warranty support.

Job Role

Strong hands-on experience in database configuration, optimization, and maintenance like PostgreSQL

Skilled in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning for relational databases.

Proficient in managing PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server databases, including backup, recovery, and security configurations.

Knowledge of server setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting for database-driven applications.

Familiar with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for database hosting and management.

Understanding of multiple database systems including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server.

Experience in connecting databases with applications and APIs for seamless data flow.

Location : Delhi (Work from Office – 5 days)
