Key Responsibilities :
- Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including but not limited to agreements, contracts, conveyance deeds, and notices.
- Providing detailed replies to legal notices and assisting with legal correspondence.
- Conducting thorough title searches and verifying legal titles for property transactions.
- Representing the organization in legal matters, including negotiations and settlements.
- Offering legal advice and guidance to internal teams on different legal matters.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Managing legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documents.
