Role Overview :

The ideal candidates will be responsible for onboarding new customers on Aviso and supporting a set of live customers, while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities include - New customer onboardings :

• Onboarding new customers on Aviso platform, with required configurations
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders during the onboarding journey, for discovery, solutioning, configuration / build, user acceptance testing and go-live
• Engaging closely with development / infra teams on feasibility checks, design, testing and delivery of new features built on Python / MongoDB / PostgresDB
• Owning and delivering project deliverables like requirements / design document(s), test cases / scripts, training / enablement documents and configured systems in test / production environments
• Providing superior customer experience with effective communication and timely deliveries of high quality deliverables
