Job Title: PPC Engineer (Pre-Engineered Buildings)
Department: Production / Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 2–5 Years (preferably in PEB / Steel Fabrication Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor production schedules for PEB structures, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to align project timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on project requirements.
- Handle material requirement planning (MRP), nesting plans, and monitor raw material availability.
- Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and resources for efficient production.
- Track project progress, delays, and bottlenecks, and provide corrective actions.
- Maintain records of production output, consumption, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for on-time delivery of components to project sites.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols in all processes.
- Generate and present MIS reports to management regarding production and project status.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of PEB production processes (fabrication, welding, cutting, assembly, painting).
- Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.
- Expertise in nesting software (e.g., Tekla, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
