Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Customer Operations PMO team at SolarWinds. The Project Manager will oversee and deliver projects for our Support, Customer Success, and Services groups within a global environment. This role requires managing projects from initiation to implementation, including coordination with cross-company teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Engage with stakeholders to define project scope and manage expectations.
• Accountable for project documentation including project plans, charters, requirements specifications, and test documents.
• Collaborate with implementation teams on the solution design and testing.
• Coordinate stakeholder User Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare training materials and document new processes.
• Conclude projects by ensuring the expected benefits are delivered to stakeholders.
