Job description

The candidate should have the experience of handling large & complex transformation projects in the retail banking sector in digital transformation / mobile banking.

Project Management skills – end to end delivery, RAID log reporting, Risk reporting and mitigation, presenting in Steering .

Excellent agile knowledge

Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior stakeholders

Proficiency in project management tools (like Confluence, JIRA, excel, etc.).

Collaborate with cross functional teams including development, design and stakeholders

High Level Requirements and Approval management with Market

Manage product iterations and releases, actively participate in Agile ceremonies

Product Feature Development and Delivery Reviews

A good understanding of digital banking trends and customer experience design

Experience of Mobile Journeys, Online Banking

Skills Required

Project Managment, Risk Management, Jira, Excel, Confluence
