About DoctusTech is a HealthTech SaaS company building cloud-based solutions for the US healthcare ecosystem. We are hiring a Lead QA to drive our testing strategy, automation frameworks, and healthcare product quality standards.

Role Overview :

The Lead QA will be responsible for designing and implementing QA frameworks, leading automation, ensuring compliance with US healthcare standards, and mentoring the QA team.

Responsibilities :

• Lead QA strategy and execution for web and mobile apps (Android & iOS).
• Build robust automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Maven).
• Perform functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Implement API automation (Postman, RestAssured) and CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis, risk management, and QA documentation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and instill QA best practices.
