What you’ll do

Run the show on our social platforms — Instagram, YouTube, X, and anywhere else the audience lives

Create content that’s bold, scroll-stopping, and worth saving

Work with creators who actually fit the brand (not just who have followers)

Lead influencer campaigns from start to finish — through direct outreach or agency partners

Team up with content, design, and brand folks to make ideas real

Track what lands, what flops, and tweak fast — we don’t fear testing, we fear stagnation

Bring new formats, fresh perspectives, and energy to how Hyugalife shows up online

Who you are

2–5 years of experience in social or influencer marketing

You understand what makes people stop scrolling — trends, timing, tone, storytelling

You think in ideas, not just posts — you see patterns before they peak

You’re collaborative, curious, and not afraid to make mistakes (bonus if you actually enjoy breaking things to rebuild them better)

You’ve worked with agencies or creators before — double bonus if you’ve managed both
