Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Technical Analyst with expertise in Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive innovation and efficiency across our IT and business operations. The ideal candidate will analyze technical systems, identify opportunities for automation, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance performance, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze business and technical processes to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend AI enhancements.
Automation Development & Deployment
Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using tools like Power Automate or Python-based scripts and ensure support after deployment.
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, databases).
Monitor performance of automation and AI solutions, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Continuously improve solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Train end-users and support teams on new tools and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in technical analysis, automation, or AI implementation.
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Power Platform, Python / PowerShell scripting).
Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms (Azure).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical skillset Required : Python, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Azure Services, CoPilot Studio, CoPilot, Power Platform
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), SAP, or enterprise data warehouses.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
