Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall building & Facilities maintenance
- Responsible for equipment maintenance ( Workstation, PLC control system, electrical system)
- Leading team of third-party technician (vendor) and give proper guidance.
- Develop and implements spare part identification & maintaining stock level.
- Follow Up required material purchasing with the Facility Executive.
- Manage day to day issue on equipments with the technician, BMS operator, MST and organize the work with them.
- Responsible to keep people working in safe environments.
- Provide immediate technical guidance to operation during critical event.
- Responsible for the Daily, weekly, monthly technical check as per PPM schedule.
- Attending time to time calls for corrective maintenance service and repair work.
- Co-ordinate with vendor for PPM & AMC.
- Daily checking UPS, Fire alarm, VESDA, NOVEC, WLD, Rodent, Sprinkler pressure.
- Daily resolve electrical, Civil and BMS related problems in field.
- Daily Power consumption observation & save as possible.
- Give the proper guidance to technician and BMS operator for work safety.
- Responsible on proper LOTO on electrical maintenance work.
- Take proper round on site and identify the snags and resolve the same as per TAT.
- Prepare the duty roster for all technical team and mark the attendance.
