Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall building & Facilities maintenance
• Responsible for equipment maintenance ( Workstation, PLC control system, electrical system)
• Leading team of third-party technician (vendor) and give proper guidance.
• Develop and implements spare part identification & maintaining stock level.
• Follow Up required material purchasing with the Facility Executive.
• Manage day to day issue on equipments with the technician, BMS operator, MST and organize the work with them.
• Responsible to keep people working in safe environments.
• Provide immediate technical guidance to operation during critical event.
• Responsible for the Daily, weekly, monthly technical check as per PPM schedule.
• Attending time to time calls for corrective maintenance service and repair work.
• Co-ordinate with vendor for PPM & AMC.
• Daily checking UPS, Fire alarm, VESDA, NOVEC, WLD, Rodent, Sprinkler pressure.
• Daily resolve electrical, Civil and BMS related problems in field.
• Daily Power consumption observation & save as possible.
• Give the proper guidance to technician and BMS operator for work safety.
• Responsible on proper LOTO on electrical maintenance work.
• Take proper round on site and identify the snags and resolve the same as per TAT.
• Prepare the duty roster for all technical team and mark the attendance.
