What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for marketing, tech, and creative roles.
• Build a strong talent pipeline so hiring never stops, even when we scale fast.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews like a pro — across multiple departments.
• Use AI tools and automation to speed up hiring without compromising quality.
• Work directly with leadership to forecast hiring needs and meet deadlines.
