Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Finance Controller in preparing reports related to the construction phase.
- Invoice verification and NFA Validation
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for construction activities.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations specific to construction projects.
- Assist in the preparation of cost reports and financial analysis for management.
- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Track and report on capital expenditures and project costs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the construction or energy sector.Skills Required
