Job descriptionAct as a Strategic Solution provider to optimize (together with SC) the e2e value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier performance level with proactive supplier engagements, supplier quality level Raws / Packs inventory consignment stock for local / regional suppliers Ensure supply continuity manage all critical shortages FM s avoiding out of stocks impact on NES Supports the sourcing categories in bringing contractual agreements to a higher level of maturity and standardization with regards to risk mitigation, operational performance and supply chain optimization (MOQ, Incoterm, Lead Time) Ensure consistent global documentation reporting on supply disruptions defined supply resilience KPIs in the region Enhance usage of tool BI dashboard on supplier performance (supplier evals, OTIF), supply disruption (FM CRISP) and proactive risk mitigation Tier-1 data (DDF) Responsible for local / regional supplier scouting with close collaboration with the sourcing teams to increase the sourcing flexibility Handling IATF, ISO, Customer and Internal audits.
