FitClub is a premium fitness destination committed to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage our member database, enhance customer engagement, and ensure a seamless experience for both existing and new members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate member and lead data.
- Track inquiries, memberships, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure no lead or client is missed.
- Support the sales team by assigning and monitoring leads through CRM.
- Run member engagement campaigns (renewal reminders, offers, trial follow-ups, feedback, etc.).
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, renewals, and member retention.
- Analyze member data to identify patterns, improve retention strategies, and reduce churn.
- Work with the front desk, sales, and fitness teams to ensure a smooth member journey from inquiry to renewal.
- Address member queries related to CRM updates, memberships, or communication.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality of all member information.
