Continuous Improvement Engineer (Immediate Start)

Hiring for Lead Continuous Improvement for leading steel industry.

Job location - Pune

Qualification - BE / B. Tech Mechanical

Experience - 4 to 8 years

Functional skills -

1. Good knowledge about CI tools and techniques.

2. Lean six sigma Black belt or green belt project experience.

3. Automation & digitalization knowledge.

4. Knowledge about technical analysis of delays, production performance, time-motion study.

5. Hands-on experience of working on shopfloor with process / manufacturing industries.

6. Excellent data analytics capability with exposure to latest software tools like Minitab, etc.

7. Knowledge about Process / Manufacturing & Safety requirements of steel industry.

8. Highly pro-active / self-initiator and passionate for the time bound results.
