Role Overview

As an Assistant – Finance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day finance operations and ensuring timely and accurate financial processing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience working with financial systems like SAP FICO.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice & Vendor Management

Process operational invoices in Blue10 and SAP FICO.

Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve debit balances.

Manage vendor onboarding and updates.

Reconciliation & Reporting

Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare reconciliation statements.

Support month-end closing activities.

Perform ageing analysis to identify and follow up on outstanding balances.

Payments & Expense Management

Execute payment runs and manage batch payments in EUR.

Handle manual payments in GBP, USD, and PLN.

Process employee expense claims using the Raydoo application.

Communication & Query Management

Manage the finance department mailbox.

Address and resolve finance-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
