Responsibilities :

Team Leadership and Development :

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Sales and Customer Service :

Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets, KPIs, and goals for the store.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times, resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively and efficiently.

Foster strong relationships with customers, building loyalty and repeat business through personalized service and engagement.

Inventory Management and Merchandising :

Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation to ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

Implement merchandising strategies and promotional initiatives to drive sales and optimize product visibility.

Monitor product performance and sales trends, adjusting inventory levels and assortment as needed.

Operational Excellence :

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for customers and employees, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Implement operational efficiencies and process improvements to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.

Performance Analysis and Reporting :

Analyze sales performance, store metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance to senior management.
