Communications Manager

NIMS University is looking for a creative and data-driven Communications Manager to lead and optimize our outreach across Email, SMS, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) channels. If you’re passionate about crafting impactful communication strategies that drive engagement and conversions — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, execute, and manage Email, SMS, and Meta communication campaigns for student engagement, admissions, and brand initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize content for higher open and conversion rates.

Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all digital communication platforms.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and admissions teams to create impactful messaging and targeted communication journeys.

Manage communication databases and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

Stay updated on trends in digital communication and automation tools to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Requirements :

Proven experience in managing email, SMS, and social media (Meta) campaigns.

Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or Meta Business Suite .

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

Willing to work on-site at NIMS University, Jaipur.
